POPULARLY USED GROUND ANCHOR SYSTEMS
The ground anchor is a system that stabilizes and resists excessive displacement of a structure by transmitting tensile and compressive loads applied to the load-bearing soil layer.
Temporary Anchor
Anchor SSC-TA (Temporary Anchor) is a non-removable temporary anchor system, which is commonly used in the construction method of deep excavation pits combined with sheet piles pile or diaphragm walls.
The basic principle in the design of the ground anchor system is to create two connection points, one connected to the retaining structure, the other firmly anchored into the bearing soil layer to transmit the tensile force through friction (or adhesion) at the contact surfaces between the anchor and the bearing soil layer. Ground anchor includes free length, bonding length, tensioning length and anchor head.
Removeable Anchor
Ground Anchor SSC-RA (Removeable Anchor) is a temporary anchor product that stabilizes the sheet pile wall and D-wall of the foundation pit, which can be removed and withdrawed cable after use.
Besides the positive side of the environment, in construction sites with excavations in pit cities, it is necessary to avoid leaving obstacles lying in the ground when constructing other nearby projects in the future. Ground Anchor SSC-RA will thoroughly solve this problem. All prestressed cables buried in the ground are removed and withdrawed after the basement are completed, the pressure inside and outside the wall is balanced. The construction of bored piles or diaphragm walls of neighboring works is no longer concerned when encountering prestressed cables lying in the ground.
Permanent Anchor
SSC-PA anchor system is a tensile-frictional type permanent anchor system, anchors have long been used for a variety of purposes, with sufficient research results and application history. It has outstanding corrosion and rust protection, and is used for various permanent purposes such as lift up resistance, supplementation and stabilization of cut sections at new load and additional construction area, stabilization of slope, supplementation of walls, and stabilization of tunnel pit mouths, etc based on its advanced quality obtained through standard production process.
