The project is invested by Viet Hoa – Hai Duong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company; Apave Asia-Pacific serves as the Supervision Consultant; and VKC Group acts as the Main Contractor. Minh Duc Post-Tension Co.,Ltd. participates in the project as the Prestressing Contractor, directly carrying out the construction of the Level 3 beam-and-slab structure (elevation +9.00).”

According to the construction plan, the work area is divided into four zones, each with an average volume of approximately 14 tons of prestressing tendons. The works will be executed in a systematic sequence to ensure strict control over schedule, technical quality, and construction safety. Key activities, including tendon installation, stressing operations, and grouting works, were clearly aligned and agreed upon during the kick-off stage in order to synchronize with the overall project schedule.

The kick-off meeting not only served to finalize the construction execution plan, but also provided an opportunity for all parties involved to closely coordinate on technical matters, quality control, and safety management, with the shared objective of completing the prestressing works on schedule while fully meeting the technical requirements and quality standards of a large-scale industrial project.
