The Meaningful and Practical Relief Journey of Minh Duc Group in the "Flood Epicenter"
To share in the hardships and losses of the people in Phu Huu Village (Hoa Thinh Commune, Dak Lak Province)—the locality most severely affected by the recent storms and floods—Minh Duc Construction Group has provided practical and urgent support to the local residents.
In the context of consecutive natural disasters and floods causing severe damage to many provinces across the country, especially in the Central region, the spirit of "mutual affection" (tương thân tương ái) has been strongly upheld by the staff and Board of Directors of the Group.
With the consensus and joint efforts of all employees, Minh Duc Construction Group quickly organized a donation and emergency support program directed toward the severely affected areas. The relief fund for compatriots was established with enthusiastic responses from all staff members of Minh Duc Construction Group, reaching a total contribution budget of 200,000,000 VND.
The most special and meaningful aspect of this relief mission is that Minh Duc Group reserved special attention for the families of staff members heavily affected by the natural disaster. This is not only a timely support action but also demonstrates the Group's sustainable commitment to comprehensively caring for the lives of each individual member.
On November 29-30, 2025, as soon as the water receded, the Minh Duc Group delegation was present in Phu Huu Village (Hoa Thinh Commune, Dak Lak Province). This area was severely affected by the floods and is also the hometown of Mr. Nguyen Huu Ha—a member currently working at Minh Duc Group.
Representatives of the Group directly handed over 50,000,000 VND to support Mr. Nguyen Huu Ha's family in repairing and restoring their home after the flood, helping them stabilize their lives soon and enabling Mr. Ha to focus on his work with peace of mind. Simultaneously, the Group's representatives personally handed out 78 meaningful gift packages to affected households, with each package valued at 2 million VND.
Receiving these practical and meaningful gifts, Ms. Tran Thi Kim En from Phu Huu Village shared emotionally: “Our house has collapsed completely; we lost everything, not even a bowl or a pair of chopsticks left to eat. For the past few days, our families had to rely on others for food. Now that the delegation has come to visit and present gifts, all of us are overjoyed. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire delegation.”
