From April 3 to April 6, Minh Duc Construction Group organized a team-building retreat in Kunming, marking the milestone of its 16th anniversary — a journey shaped by perseverance, unity, and an unwavering aspiration for growth and expansion.

More than simply a leisure trip, this journey carried the meaning of connection and renewal. Surrounded by the distinctive natural scenery and cultural atmosphere of Kunming, each member of Minh Duc had the opportunity to step away from the pace of daily work, share experiences, deepen mutual understanding, and strengthen team bonds.

Throughout every stage of the journey, the spirit of Minh Duc Group continued to shine through — reflected in team unity, shared moments, and a collective commitment toward future goals. This very spirit forms the foundation of the Group’s internal strength, enabling the company to overcome challenges and steadily reinforce its position and reputation.
In particular, as part of the trip, the Group solemnly held its 16th Anniversary Celebration under the theme ‘Together We Build – Unity in Creation. The Gala event was not only a gathering filled with pride and emotion, but also a place where memories came alive — where the 16-year journey was revisited through stories, video highlights, and the people who have accompanied the Group since its earliest days.
Mr Tran Dai Nghia, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, shared the Group’s strategic direction and long-term vision toward 2050.
One of the program’s key highlights was the official announcement of the establishment of Minh Duc Smart Technology Joint Stock Company (Minh Duc SE) — a new member company within the Group’s ecosystem. The launch of Minh Duc SE not only expands the Group’s operational scale, but also represents a strategic transformation toward the application of technology and the development of smart solutions for the next phase of growth. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was conducted in a formal and dignified manner, marking an important milestone that opens a new chapter of development driven by a long-term vision and clear strategic direction.

Alongside its strategic milestones, the program also dedicated significant time to honoring long-serving employees — individuals who have quietly devoted themselves and steadfastly accompanied the company through various stages of development.
From employees who have dedicated 5 or 10 years to the company, to the ‘torchbearers’ who have remained committed for 15–16 years, each name honored represented more than just a milestone in time — it stood as a testament to loyalty, responsibility, and enduring faith in the shared journey.

The moments of cutting the anniversary cake, raising glasses to open the Gala celebration, and together chanting ‘Minh Duc – Unity – Creation’ became some of the most emotional highlights of the evening. More than a ceremonial celebration, these moments symbolized a shared spirit of unity, collective belief, and the common aspiration embraced by the entire organization.
