Minh Duc Group Accelerates Multi-Sector Expansion, Aiming to Master Advanced Technologies
Moving beyond its core business sectors, Minh Duc Group is proactively expanding its development horizons, step by step shaping an integrated, multi-industry ecosystem with an enhanced focus on technological integration.
One of the notable steps in this strategy is the establishment of Minh Duc SE—a specialized unit dedicated to developing smart technology solutions and residential elevator systems, directly serving real estate projects within the Group's ecosystem.
To rapidly realize this strategic vision, from April 12 to April 24, 2026, General Director Tran Dai Nghia and Deputy General Director Phan Thi Phuoc Lan conducted an official business trip and worked directly with two leading European partners: SODIMAS and ASCIER.

Among them, SODIMAS is a leading independent elevator manufacturer in France, boasting over 50 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and supplying complete elevator systems as well as modernization solutions. SODIMAS products are manufactured in France and strictly comply with European standards such as EN 81 and relevant safety regulations. Furthermore, they integrate various advanced technologies, including gearless motors, smart control systems, and energy-saving solutions, optimizing operational efficiency and long-term durability.

In parallel, ASCIER is an enterprise specializing in providing and deploying accessibility and mobility solutions, with over 30 years of experience in home elevators, vertical platform lifts, and mobility equipment for individuals with impaired mobility. The company operates on a commercial-technical model, partnering with reputable European manufacturers to distribute and install high-quality products.

Notably, the residential elevator lines deployed by ASCIER—particularly those utilizing Swedish technology—feature a design that requires no pit and no machine room. This allows for optimal space utilization, shortens construction time, and makes them highly suitable for both existing residential homes and renovation projects.

In a market context that increasingly demands higher living standards, operational efficiency, and sustainability, these strategic moves demonstrate that Minh Duc Group is transforming itself to master advanced technologies, elevate its development standards, and move deeper into the global value chain instead of merely maintaining its traditional execution role.
