The program was launched starting with ground anchoring construction — a specialized field within geotechnical engineering that requires strict construction procedures and a high level of safety discipline. This is also one of the construction categories with highly complex technical requirements, demanding rigorous compliance with occupational safety regulations throughout the entire implementation process.

According to the plan, the training activities will be conducted on a monthly basis for all construction teams across the series of projects implemented by Minh Đức Group. The program is designed to ensure that technical staff, site management teams, and on-site workers thoroughly understand safety regulations, proactively identify potential risks, and strictly comply with operational procedures throughout the construction process.

On the morning of March 9, 2026, marking the launch of the training program series, Minh Đức Group’s Training Task Force conducted a construction safety training session for construction teams, with the participation of the site management board and workers at the Vinhomes Dream City project.

The training session focused on reinforcing core safety regulations in construction, providing guidance on risk identification and control at construction sites, and enhancing safety discipline awareness during work operations. The training content covered construction safety practices, electrical safety at construction sites, safety procedures for the assembly and dismantling of casing pipes, as well as site organization and material arrangement to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with established standards.

The program was directly conducted by experts in ground anchoring construction and occupational safety, enabling construction teams to thoroughly understand technical procedures, apply correct working methods, and ensure safety in every stage of the work.
