Sales Ambassador: Awarded to outstanding individuals in optimizing revenue, profit, and building trust with new customers. Applicable to both Commercial and Bidding Blocks; each quarter, 2 Ambassadors will be honored (one from each block). Each Ambassador receives 3,000,000 VND in cash and a Certificate of Merit.

Operational Ambassador: Honors collectives in the Office Block with outstanding contributions to ensuring service progress, effective inter-departmental coordination, or breakthrough process improvement initiatives. Each quarter, 1 typical collective is honored with 5,000,000 VND in cash and a Certificate of Merit.

Excellent Safety Collective: Recognizes teams at construction sites and factories that strictly maintain safety discipline, avoid errors, and proactively ensure labor safety. Each quarter, 1 excellent collective is honored with 5,000,000 VND in cash and a Certificate of Merit.

Inspirational Ambassador: Awarded to exemplary individuals with a positive spirit and behavior who receive the trust and votes of their colleagues. Each quarter, 1 individual meeting all criteria will be honored with 3,000,000 VND in cash and a Certificate of Merit

The "2-Layer Control" Formula

To ensure fairness and transparency, each title is scored in two parts: 50% from public voting on the Voting Portal and 50% from professional evaluation.

Sales Ambassador: 50% internal voting; 50% professional score (30% based on actual business results—revenue, profit, contracts, customer development, debt recovery—and 20% from the Appraisal Council).

Operational Ambassador: 50% voting; 50% professional score (30% for work efficiency and compliance with Internal Service Level Agreements (SLA), and 20% by the Appraisal Council).

Excellent Safety Collective: 50% voting; 50% safety criteria (30% for labor safety compliance, 10% based on reminders/violations, and 10% for safety improvement initiatives).

Inspirational Ambassador: 50% internal voting; 50% professional score (30% for cultural activity participation and spreading a positive image, 20% by the Review Council).

Mandatory Requirements: All titles require a minimum of 90% KPI completion during the evaluation period, no labor discipline violations, and no individual may receive the same title more than twice a year.
