Minh Duc Group reaches 50% of its annual revenue plan after six months, with many subsidiaries exceeding targets
On June 23, 2026, Minh Duc Group held a mid-year review meeting to evaluate business performance for the first six months of 2026 and to deploy key tasks for the second half of the year. The meeting served as an opportunity for the entire system to comprehensively assess achieved results, identify challenges, and align solutions to accomplish the annual targets and objectives.
Over 90 projects underway nationwide
According to financial reports, as of the end of June 2026, the Group had achieved 50% of its full-year revenue plan. Notably, many subsidiaries surpassed their assigned business targets, demonstrating strong execution capability and adaptability in response to market fluctuations.
Among them, anchoring, slope stabilization, and prestressed concrete continued to record impressive growth, making significant contributions to the Group’s overall performance. These achievements not only lay a solid foundation for the 2026 business objectives but also reinforce Minh Duc Group’s position in the geotechnical and infrastructure construction sector in Vietnam.
In the engineering and construction segment, during the first half of 2026, Minh Duc Group further affirmed its reputation as a reliable contractor by executing more than 90 projects nationwide. These include major and large-scale infrastructure works such as the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway, The OpusK project in Metropole Thu Thiem urban area, and the Regent Textile Factory in Phu Tho province.
Beyond the domestic market, Minh Duc Group continues to expand its regional presence. In Cambodia, the company successfully secured the Chip Mong Hall project, further demonstrating its technical capability, construction quality, and brand reputation in the international market.
Developing a 11-company ecosystem
In addition to positive business results, the first six months of 2026 also marked significant progress in Minh Duc Group’s ecosystem expansion strategy.
The Group officially established new member companies, including NextUs Travel – a corporate expense management and business travel solution provider, and Minh Duc SE - a developer of smart technology solutions and elevator systems, bringing the total number of member companies in the Minh Duc Group ecosystem to 11.

This marks an important milestone in the Group’s multi-sector development strategy, where member companies operate independently while maintaining strong connectivity and synergy, creating a powerful integrated ecosystem.
At the same time, Minh Duc Group continues to strengthen international cooperation with reputable global partners to enhance technical expertise, adopt advanced technologies, and expand development opportunities.
A notable highlight is the strategic partnership with Strata Geosystems – a leading geotechnical engineering company from India and one of the largest global brands in geotechnical solutions. This cooperation is expected to open up opportunities for technology transfer, improve construction capabilities, and enhance the Group’s competitiveness in the next phase of development.
Towards the 1,200 billion VND revenue target
According to the Board’s strategic direction, in the second half of 2026, Minh Duc Group will continue to maintain growth momentum, proactively seize opportunities from the strong wave of infrastructure and construction investment across the country. Based on the results achieved in the first half of the year, the Group will further adjust its business strategy, optimize resources, and enhance execution capacity to realize the 1,200 billion VND revenue target for 2026.

In addition to strengthening its core strengths in geotechnical engineering, foundation works, slope stabilization, and prestressed structures, Minh Duc Group is also actively preparing resources to capture new opportunities from key national infrastructure projects, particularly high-speed rail development. This is identified as one of the most important growth drivers in the coming period, creating significant room for the Group’s specialized engineering, materials, and construction technologies.
Alongside its strengths in geotechnical engineering, foundations, and transportation infrastructure, Minh Duc Group also aims to expand further into cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges, and other technically complex bridge structures. These are highly potential segments closely aligned with Vietnam’s increasing infrastructure investment demand in the coming years.
This direction is considered a strategic move toward establishing Minh Duc Group as a leading enterprise in geotechnical engineering, infrastructure, and high-tech construction in Vietnam.
From the achievements in the first half of 2026, Minh Duc Group is entering a period of acceleration with a solid foundation in technical capability, human resources, and an increasingly complete corporate ecosystem.
Beyond growth targets, the Group is also committed to deeper participation in key national infrastructure projects, contributing to sustainable value creation for the community and the country’s development.
