Unlike previous years, the Christmas atmosphere at Minh Duc this year began earlier and in a truly special way. On the morning of Friday, December 19, when employees stepped into the office, instead of just the usual stacks of files or computer screens, a surprise was waiting for them.

On every workstation sat a lovely, neatly wrapped little gift attached to a heartfelt card. This unexpected appearance turned the busy workspace into a place buzzing with excitement and filled with joy.

Sharing her emotions, Ms. Hai Anh, Head of the Procurement Department, said: "Coming to the company today felt very different from any other day. A very pretty and unique gift box appeared on my desk, unlike previous years. Though small, the gift holds great meaning, helping me clearly feel the Group’s care. This is truly a source of motivation for our staff during this busy end-of-year period."

Sharing the same sentiment, Mr. Tran Van Thanh, a Design Staff member, added: "This is the first time I have received a Christmas gift since working at Minh Duc. I am very grateful to the Organizing Committee and the Group for preparing this meaningful gift for all employees. This is a huge encouragement for us at this time."

Following the emotional "sneak peek" on the 19th, the entire Minh Duc family officially entered the heart of the festival with the Special Xmas Party 2025 held on December 24.

In a space filled with festive colors, setting aside work, members enjoyed moments of complete relaxation. The cozy sweet treat party and the lively photobooth area became the starting point for fun stories.

In particular, the series of exciting minigames truly "heated up" the atmosphere, with members participating with great enthusiasm. The intense interaction and seamless coordination in each game clearly affirmed the spirit of Minh Duc people: Work hard - Play hard.
