In recent times, the market has witnessed a significant increase in fuel prices as well as the costs of many key construction materials. With common increases ranging from approximately 2% to 10%, these fluctuations have inevitably affected transportation expenses, material costs, and the overall input costs of construction projects.

In response to these market fluctuations, we have chosen a direct and transparent approach: proactively keeping our valued customers informed of the current market situation, while making every possible effort to optimize our internal operations in order to minimize the impact on project costs.

For quotations that were submitted to our valued customers prior to the recent market adjustments but have not yet been formalized through an official contract, we will continue to prioritize maintaining the agreed terms, to the extent possible, until March 10, 2026. However, in certain necessary cases, pricing may need to be updated in accordance with the current market rates of construction materials, in order to ensure construction quality, project timelines, and the technical standards we have committed to delivering.
