Vice Chairman, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Ha works with Minh Duc Group on developing railway construction technology in Vietnam
On the morning of May 21, 2026, in Hanoi, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Bridge and Road Association, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Ha, met and worked with Mr. Nguyen Van Huy - Technical Director, and Mr. Pham Van Sang - Director of Minh Duc Construction Equipment Material Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Minh Duc Construction Group, Vietnam).
Also in attendance was Mr. Chen Kai, a Chinese railway expert currently working at Minh Duc Group
Minh Duc Group acts as a consultant and coordinates the organization of important professional seminars for the mega high-speed railway project from Hanoi to Quang Ninh, focusing on technical design to ensure the strict technical standards for this railway line.

The two sides exchanged experiences in the field of establishing a framework of standards for the design and construction technology of high-speed railways (HSR), China's experience, and the orientation for application in Vietnam.

At the same time, they discussed and agreed on a research cooperation agreement between the Vietnam Bridge and Road Association and Minh Duc Group, with the support of Chinese and international experts, on in-depth technical issues regarding the design, construction, and operation of HSR projects; and cooperation in implementing research projects on long-span bridges for HSR, suitable for conditions in Vietnam.
The meeting opened up many possibilities for effective cooperation
