Dr. Tran Nghi, Editor-in-Chief of the State Organization and Labour Magazine and Head of the Organizing Committee, emphasized at the forum: "In the new era of development, science, technology, innovation, and the entrepreneurial community serve not only as growth drivers but also as the foundation for shaping national competitiveness. This forum provides a strategic space for policymakers, scientists, and the business community to exchange long-term visions, connect resources, and promote sustainable development solutions."

Many presentations at the forum focused on analyzing key issues, including: Building an enabling institutional environment; Promoting digital transformation and data utilizationl; Enhancing national governance capacity and agricultural industrialization; Developing entrepreneurs for the new era; Strengthening the bonds between the State, scientists, and businesses; Constructing innovation ecosystems and leveraging national culture for sustainable growth; Establishing mechanisms to attract and utilize talent amid deep international integration.

Experts at the event also pointed out that in the new era of global competition, national strength is no longer measured solely by economic scale or physical resources. Instead, it is determined by innovative capacity, human resource quality, scientific and technological advancements, and the ability to effectively connect components within the development ecosystem.

In particular, speakers highlighted the role of the Vietnamese entrepreneurial community as a vanguard force in transforming the growth model. At the same time, they affirmed that scientists and intellectuals constitute the strategic resource that shapes long-term national competitiveness.

To ensure that science and entrepreneurs truly become the primary drivers of growth in the coming period, experts suggested that Vietnam focus on major orientations. This includes building a legal system that genuinely encourages innovation, grants greater autonomy to research institutions, and creates favorable conditions for commercializing research outcomes.
