MINH DUC GROUP ESTABLISHES LEGAL – CONTRACT DEPARTMENT AND SLOPED ROOF REINFORCEMENT DESIGN DEPARTMENT

In order to progressively realize the goals of sustainable development and enhance competitiveness in the construction and investment sectors, on the morning of May 10, 2025, Minh Duc Group’s Leadership Board officially announced the establishment of:

Legal – Contracts Department

The Legal and Contracts Department has been established with the specialized responsibility of legal oversight, contract system management, and investment cost supervision throughout the entire project implementation process. Acting as a “legal safeguard” protecting business activities, this department will play an active role in ensuring transparency, legal compliance, and enhancing financial and legal efficiency for the Group.

- Ms. Mai Dieu Huong has been appointed as Head of the Legal and Contracts Department. This strategic appointment aims to strengthen operational capacity and risk management for large-scale projects.

Minh Duc EC Design Department

With the motto "Design thinking is the origin of construction quality," Minh Duc EC Design Department was established to enhance proactiveness, creativity, and internal capabilities in technical consulting and design. This department is responsible for shaping architectural and technical solutions that ensure construction methods optimize costs while meeting current technical standards, contributing to the creation of high-quality, sustainable, and safe projects.

Aiming to become the core design unit within the entire design–construction–handover value chain of Minh Duc Group, Minh Duc EC Design Department will focus on developing optimal design solutions that meet customer requirements and international standards

Dr. Pham The Anh, a Geotechnical Engineer and lecturer at the Faculty of Bridge and Road Engineering, National University of Civil Engineering, has been appointed Head of Minh Duc EC Design Department. With over 10 years of experience in bridge and geotechnical design, Dr. Pham The Anh has taught and mentored many generations of students, connecting them with construction enterprises to provide internship and practical career development opportunities.

Under Dr. Pham The Anh’s leadership, Minh Duc EC is expected to grow strongly and play a central role in driving construction projects from design through to execution and handover. With his deep expertise, practical experience, and strategic vision, he is anticipated to lead Minh Duc EC Design Department to become the key design unit, contributing to the overall success of Minh Duc Group.
