TRANSFER AND HANDOVER OF BRIDGE AND ROAD CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY AND MATERIALS
Several agreements on joint actions for 2023 and 2024, including the transfer and reception of research and development (R&D) technology and the application of new bridge and road construction materials and equipment to optimize efficiency for investors, were recorded during the working session between Minh Duc Group and Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co.Ltd (OVM). This marks an important step in developing the core capabilities of Minh Duc Construction Marerial - Equipment Joint Stock Company.
Strengthening Cooperation
On the afternoon of July 28, 2023, Minh Duc Group held a seminar with representatives from Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co.Ltd (OVM), a state-owned Chinese mechanical engineering corporation at the headquarters located at 301 Phúc Lợi, Long Biên, Hanoi. The seminar covered various topics regarding joint actions for 2023 and 2024. On behalf of Minh Duc Group, Mr. Pham Van Sang, Director of Minh Duc Construction Materials - Equipment Joint Stock Company—a member of the Minh Đức Construction Group—attended the meeting.
During the meeting, OVM representatives highly appreciated Minh Duc Group’s achievements in the trade and execution of bridge and road materials and equipment during the first six months of 2023. In addition, Liuzhou Machinery Company expressed its commitment to maintaining and strengthening broad and deep collaboration based on the long-term strategic partnership between OVM and Minh Duc Group.
RECEIVING TECHNOLOGY AND MATERIALS FOR TRANSPORTATION AND ROAD CONSTRUCTION
During this meeting, both parties reached several important agreements and aligned on the action plan for the second half of 2023 and the year 2024 based on previously signed Memoranda of Understanding on cooperation. Notably, Minh Duc Group will continue to hold exclusive distribution rights for certain strategic OVM products in the fields of bridge construction and prestressing. Additionally, OVM experts conducted training and technology transfer on key Research & Development (R&D) achievements to enable Minh Duc Group’s engineers and specialists to operate the group’s new products efficiently and flexibly.
