MINH DUC GROUP ANNOUNCES PERSONNEL APPOINTMENT 2024
In order to encourage and motivate the spirit of continuous learning and striving for excellence, Minh Duc Construction Group organized an appointment ceremony for outstanding employees, with the participation of the Board of Directors and all staff members.
With a professional spirit and relentless dedication, Mr. Pham Van Tai has been entrusted by the Board of Directors with the position of Deputy General Director of Maastricht Vietnam Co., Ltd. He has been with the company since its early days, holding many key positions within the Group and consistently delivering outstanding performance in every role assigned.
On the same day, another subsidiary of the Group, Minh Duc Prestressing, issued the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Van Huy as Acting Deputy Head of the Construction Department.
The position of Deputy Head of the Construction Department is truly well-deserved, reflecting Mr. Huy’s youthful enthusiasm and relentless efforts in learning and self-improvement over the past period.
Also at the ceremony, both newly appointed executives committed to successfully fulfilling the development plans for their respective departments in 2024 and beyond.
In recent years, in addition to developing new projects and products, Minh Duc Construction Group’s strategy has also focused on building a high-quality, professional workforce. The Group’s Board of Directors has always created favorable conditions for employees to maximize their qualities and capabilities.
From the Board of Directors’ perspective, Mr. Tran Dai Nghia, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, believes that with his capabilities and many years of experience, Mr. Pham Van Tai will excel in his new position and elevate the Leostone stone brand to new heights.
The captain of Minh Duc’s ship also entrusted his confidence to the prestressed construction division, recognizing the professional expertise and youthful dedication of Mr. Tran Van Huy.
The appointment ceremony was also a timely acknowledgment and a milestone in the development of capable and experienced personnel, meeting the construction demands of key projects such as Masterise 22–24 Hang Bai, Eden Garden, and Bac Van Phong.
