The Hanoi - Quang Ninh High-Speed Railway spans approximately 120.2 km, with a maximum design speed of 350 km/h and a total investment of more than VND 147 trillion. Upon completion, the railway is expected to reduce travel time between Hanoi and Quang Ninh to approximately 23 minutes, with commercial operation scheduled to begin in 2028.
