MINH DUC GROUP STEPS UP POST-TENSIONING CONSTRUCTION AT RICE CITY LONG CHAU
With a total volume of more than 400 tonnes of post-tensioning tendons, Minh Duc Group is currently executing the post-tensioned floor systems for the CT1 and CT3 towers of the Thuong Thanh Social Housing Project – Rice City Long Chau, Hanoi. The post-tensioning works at CT1 have been fully completed, while construction at CT3 is being accelerated in line with the project’s overall schedule.

Minh Duc COMEC Completes First Supply for the Hanoi – Quang Ninh High-Speed Railway
To support the production of prestressed concrete beams for the Hanoi - Quang Ninh High-Speed Railway Project, Minh Đức COMEC completed its first supply of specialized materials and equipment in July 2026.
The initial supply contributes to maintaining construction progress, meeting the project’s technical requirements, and demonstrating the company’s integrated supply capabilities in the transport infrastructure sector.

From May 14 to May 16, 2026, Minh Duc EC collaborated with its strategic partner, Strata, to organize a series of specialized training programs combined with field testing at the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway project (Son La province). This event contributed to enhancing the technical capabilities of the engineering team and realizing the application of advanced integrated geotechnical solutions in one of the nation's key transport infrastructure projects.
